What this website collects
This website has no database and no login. It does not create an account for you, and it does not store anything you type.
The appointment enquiry form asks for your name, phone number, preferred date and time, consultation type and a short reason for the consultation. These details are used for one purpose: to compose a WhatsApp message that you then send yourself. The information stays in your browser’s memory until you send it or close the page, and it is not saved to your device.
What happens when you send an enquiry
Pressing the button on the form opens WhatsApp with the message already written. Nothing is transmitted until you press send inside WhatsApp. At that point the message is delivered to the clinic’s WhatsApp number, and it is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy, which Zenith Women's Clinic does not control.
Once received, the clinic uses your details to reply about your appointment request, confirm a time, and contact you if the timing changes. Enquiry messages are kept only as long as they are useful for arranging your appointment.
What not to send
Please keep the reason for consultation brief. There is no need to describe sensitive details in a message — those are better discussed at the appointment itself, where they form part of your confidential medical record.
Calls and email
If you call or email the clinic, your number or email address and the content of the conversation are used to respond to your enquiry and to arrange care.
Cookies and analytics
As supplied, this website sets no cookies and includes no advertising trackers. Fonts are served from the website itself rather than from a third party, so loading a page does not make a request to any external company.
The clinic may add a website analytics tool such as Google Analytics in future to understand which pages are useful. If that happens, this notice will be updated to say so before the tool is switched on.
Links to other websites
Some links open external services — WhatsApp, Google Maps, or a social media profile. Those services collect information under their own policies, and this notice does not cover them.
Your choices
You can contact the clinic instead of using the form, ask what enquiry messages are held about you, or ask for a message to be deleted. Requests are handled by contacting the clinic directly.
